Privacy. How data is handled.

This page describes how the interest form and website handle data. The inference service has separate terms.

Data controller

Precisit AB, organisation number 556961-5031, Kungsgatan 47A, 753 21 Uppsala, Sweden, is the controller. Contact us at info@precisit.com. Company details are also available at precisit.com.

Data we collect

When you request an invitation we store your email address, the time, the consent version and technical details needed to submit the form. Name, company, message, call preference and optional qualification answers are voluntary. When you submit the form we also store the limited campaign fields present in the address (source, medium, campaign, term and content), the landing page and the page variant supplied by the page. We use them only to understand which campaigns generate interest, not for newsletters or ad targeting.

Consent and legal basis

We process the data with your consent to handle the registration, contact you about EUdrift and understand campaign performance. Providing the details is voluntary and you can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@precisit.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place. We do not use the data for newsletters or ad targeting.

Retention and deletion

Interest registrations, qualification answers and associated campaign details are kept for up to 12 months from registration. We delete them earlier if you withdraw consent, ask us to delete them, or the experiment ends. Automatic deletion can take a short time after expiry. Recovery copies may remain until their recovery window expires; deletions are reapplied after a restore. Operational and error logs are kept for 30 days and contain no form fields or tokens. Email info@precisit.com to request deletion or ask a question.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data and, where applicable, to restrict or port it. You can withdraw consent or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact info@precisit.com. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Where data is processed

Contact details and qualification answers are stored in AWS Stockholm. The website is delivered through CloudFront, a global delivery path; we do not claim that every website request stays inside the EU. Email you send us is handled in Precisit AB's existing email system, separately from the website database. We do not sell the data or use it for advertising.

Website and measurement

We keep server logs in AWS Stockholm to compile aggregate visitor statistics and identify errors. They contain the time, IP address, requested path, HTTP method, status and cache result, but no query strings, cookies, referrers or browser identifiers. Logs are automatically deleted after 90 days and saved query results after 30 days. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in secure operation and understanding how the website is used. Aggregate statistics that do not identify individual visitors may be kept longer. When you submit the form we store the limited campaign fields present in the address, the landing page and the page variant. We use them to understand which campaigns generate interest. The website uses no advertising pixels, third-party analytics or tracking cookies. Campaign spending and comparison are a separate activity.

Inference service

The DeepSeek service is in preparation. Its data processing agreement, cache terms, subprocessor list and service terms will be available before access opens. This page covers the website interest registration, not content in API requests.
